Did you know that the ancient Greeks made significant contributions to philosophy, with thinkers such as Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle? Socrates was famous for his method of questioning, which is now known as the Socratic method. Plato founded the Academy, one of the earliest institutions of higher learning in the Western world. Aristotle, a student of Plato, made major advancements in logic, biology, and metaphysics.
