Timmy the turtle woke up with a flutter in his shell. Today was his first day at Turtle School! Excited yet nervous, he slowly made his way to the big pond, where all the other young turtles gathered. Mrs. Lilly, the wise old turtle, welcomed everyone with a warm smile. Timmy's heart raced as they started their first lesson: swimming in circles. But Timmy kept bumping into the other turtles. He felt clumsy and out of place. "I will never get it right," he sighed. Mrs. Lilly noticed and swam over. "Remember, Timmy, slow and steady. Just like when you walk." Timmy nodded and tried again, this time moving at his own pace. To his delight, he glided smoothly in perfect circles. The other turtles cheered, and Timmy felt a warm glow inside his shell. By the end of the day, Timmy had made new friends and learned that sometimes, going at your own pace is the best way to succeed. As he headed home, he couldn't wait for his next day at Turtle School.
