In a quiet town, a woman named Sarah lived alone in an old house. One stormy night, she heard a faint knock on her door at midnight. Reluctantly, she opened it, but no one was there. Confused, she went back inside, only to hear the knock again, louder this time. As she approached the door, she felt a cold breeze and the lights flickered. She peeked through the peephole and saw a shadowy figure standing outside. Her heart raced as she asked, "Who’s there?" but received no answer. Summoning her courage, Sarah opened the door once more, and the figure was gone. She closed the door and turned around, but there, in her living room, stood the same shadowy figure, staring at her with hollow eyes. The lights went out completely, and in the darkness, she heard a whisper, "I've been waiting for you...
