When Suleiman the Magnificent was about to embark on his Nakhchivan expedition, when it was suggested that Bağdâdizâde Hasan Çelebi would be appointed as the teacher of Mihrimah Sultan Madrasa, he did not accept it; "This madrasah is the place of Shah Muhammed Çelebi. If it is given to someone else, we will close it or turn it into a dervish lodge," he said and complimented Shah Muhammed Çelebi. Shah Muhammed Çelebi tried to teach science and explain the truths of the Quran in this madrasah. It is reported that: To some of his friends; "Hopefully, I will reach the position of judge of Istanbul." he would say. "How do you know?" When they ask; "While I was on duty at the Sirâciyye Madrasa with twenty-five silver coins, I applied to become a judge. That night, in my dream, I saw my teacher Çivizâde. He said: "Give up what you think. However, you can become the judge of Istanbul. "It would not be possible for the deceased to break his word and keep his promise," he said.
