In a small town in the United States, a chilling story circulates about the dreaded Hook Man. They say he was a psychiatric patient who escaped from a nearby mental hospital, replacing his lost hand with a sharp hook. The legend tells that on dark nights, the Hook Man roams deserted roads, looking for unsuspecting couples parked in isolated locations. The metallic sound of the hook scratching the exterior of cars is the only warning before he attacks. Many young people in the town swear they've heard the sinister sound of the hook on their cars, fleeing in terror only to discover, the next morning, deep metallic scratches on the doors of their vehicles.
