Tommy and his fluffy dog, Sparky, boarded the big, yellow bus. Sparky wagged his tail excitedly, eyes wide with wonder. They found a seat near the front, and Tommy held Sparky close. Suddenly, the bus hit a bump, and Sparky's favorite red ball rolled away! "Oh no!" cried Tommy. Sparky leapt from his arms, chasing the ball down the aisle. "Come back, Sparky!" Tommy called. But Sparky was determined. He darted past giggling kids and under seats, finally catching the runaway ball. Triumphantly, Sparky returned, ball in mouth. Tommy hugged him tight. "You're my hero, Sparky!" he said, as the bus rolled on.
