Maia the Mouse scurried across Mushroom Meadow, her tiny heart racing. "The Pied Pouch is missing!" she cried. Without it, the animals couldn't share their food. Determined, Maia squeaked, "I’ll find it!" Through tangled roots and sparkling streams, she ventured. Each step echoed, “Pouch, pouch!” Just as she began to tire, a mischievous crow swooped down, pouch in claws. “Give it back!” Maia squeaked thrice. The crow dropped it, surprised. Maia caught the pouch with her tail just in time. Back in the meadow, the animals cheered, and food was shared again. Maia beamed, proud of her brave adventure.
