Lila the squirrel woke up excited. Today was the annual Forest Festival, and she couldn't wait to join the fun. She scampered down her tree, her fluffy tail bouncing behind her. As she dashed past the elder oak tree, she noticed Old Wise Owl struggling to pick up some fallen seeds. "Good morning, Old Wise Owl!" Lila chirped. "Need some help?" The wise owl nodded, grateful. "Thank you, Lila. My wings aren't what they used to be." Lila gathered the seeds quickly. "All done!" she said, beaming. Old Wise Owl smiled, and the forest seemed to glow with his gratitude. At the festival, Lila was crowned the Kindest Squirrel for respecting her elders. She realized that small acts of kindness could make the biggest difference.
