One day, God was looking at the world and was very sad with human beings. They seemed to be increasingly selfish and evil, and had forgotten values ​​such as sharing and loving others. Disappointed with all the sins he saw, the Creator decided to put an end to so much evil. So he looked for Noah, a good man, and gave him a difficult mission: he had to create a gigantic boat, capable of surviving a flood. Then, Noah would gather a pair of animals of each species and enough food to feed them. God, by his grace, would grant Noah, his entire family and the animals salvation from that terrible storm that was coming. Noah and his sons worked for many years until they finished the work. Everyone around them questioned and mocked what he was doing. When the boat was finished, the Lord told Noah to enter the Ark with his family and the animals. As soon as everyone got into the boat, God sent rain that lasted 40 days and 40 nights. The water flooded everything and spread destruction while Noah's Ark sailed for more than a year. At the end of that time, the earth dried up, everyone was able to disembark and start life on the planet again. Pleased with Noah's faithfulness, God made a covenant with humanity and promised that he would never send a flood like that again.
