Video - Fox and Stork: A Lesson in Kindness

Once, Fox invited Stork to dinner. Fox served soup in a shallow dish. Stork couldn’t eat it because her long beak couldn’t reach the soup. Fox enjoyed watching Stork struggle but said nothing. The next day, Stork invited Fox to her house. She served a meal in a tall, narrow jar. Fox tried to eat but couldn’t reach the food with his snout. Stork enjoyed the meal and watched Fox struggle. Fox realized how his trick had hurt Stork. He apologized and promised to be kinder. Stork forgave Fox, and they became good friends. Fox learned that treating others as you want to be treated is always the best way.
