Nutty the squirrel, Whiskers the mouse, and Chippy the chipmunk gasped as they peeked through the bushes. There, under the giant oak tree, was Mr. Hoots, the wise old owl, with his massive collection of acorns. He guarded them fiercely, his sharp eyes scanning the forest. "We have to get just one acorn for our winter feast," Nutty whispered. The friends hatched a plan. Whiskers scurried to distract Mr. Hoots with a shiny pebble. While Mr. Hoots examined it, Chippy darted in and grabbed an acorn. They ran back to their cozy home, hearts pounding. As they celebrated with their prize, they promised to always work together.
