Video - Calm and Happy: A Lesson in Anger Management
Jack was a cheerful boy who loved to read. One day, his friend Sam accidentally tore Jack's favorite book. Jack felt very angry and shouted at Sam. Sam felt sad and left Jack's Home. Jack's mom saw what happened and said, "Jack, getting angry won't fix your book." Jack didn't listen and sat in his room, feeling upset. Later, Jack's mom came in with some tape. "Let's fix it together," she said. As they fixed the book, Jack started to feel better. He realized that being angry didn’t help. When Sam came back, Jack apologized for his anger. Sam said, "It’s okay, Jack." They read together, and Jack promised to stay calm next time. Jack learned that being angry only made things worse. From then on, Jack tried to stay calm and talk about his feelings. He found that being calm made him and his friends much happier.
