Dolphins use tools like sponges to protect their noses while searching for food on the ocean floor. Chimpanzees have been observed using sign language to communicate with humans. Even ants have been seen working together in a coordinated manner to build bridges and rafts to overcome obstacles. Animals are much smarter and more creative than we often give them credit for.
